Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are based on the conditions observed at the time of the site visit. Unforeseen conditions — rock, buried debris, weather damage or access changes — may require a revised estimate before work continues.
Scheduling & Weather
Outdoor work is weather dependent. We will communicate schedule changes as early as possible and reschedule at the next available opening.
Property Access & Marked Utilities
Customers are responsible for granting access and for identifying private utilities, septic systems, irrigation and invisible fencing that public locate services do not mark.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
